- Open Settings → Profile.
- Switch to the Account tab.
- Change the email address.
- Save.
Your email address is your sign-in name, so from then on use the new one to sign in. Password resets and notifications go to the new address too.

Before you change it
Make sure you can actually receive mail at the new address. If you mistype it you will not get the reset mail either, and recovering the account then needs the support address on the support page.
This is your account address. The email shown on a listing is a separate field on the listing itself.
