How do I delete my account?

Dashboard → Settings → Privacy → Delete my data. It cannot be undone.

  1. Open Settings → Privacy.
  2. Press Delete my data.
  3. Confirm the request.

What happens

The request is recorded and your personal data is removed. Deletion is permanent — your listings, bookings and history go with it, and we cannot restore them afterwards.

What is removed

  • Your account and profile
  • Your listings and everything on them
  • Your bookings, favourites and tickets
  • Your analytics history

Consider first

  • Too many emails? Change notification preferences instead.
  • Stopping trading? Delete the listing but keep the account.
  • Want a copy? Request your data first — you cannot afterwards.

Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore an account after the request completes.
