A bookable service has a setting for how many can be booked at a time, shown on the Services screen as “%d at a time”.
Set it to the number you can genuinely handle at once — two chairs means two, three treatment rooms means three. Leave it at one for anything where you personally have to be present.
How to choose the number
- One — anything where you personally must be present.
- Two or three — a salon with several chairs, a clinic with several rooms.
- More — a class or a group session.
A caution
Set it to what you can genuinely deliver at once, counting staff as well as space. Two chairs and one barber is still one at a time.
The Services screen shows the current setting as “N at a time”.
