How do I cancel my subscription?

Dashboard → Billing → Subscription → Cancel Subscription.

  1. Open Billing → Subscription.
  2. Press Cancel Subscription.
  3. Confirm.

Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for — the Expiry Date on the same screen. After that the account returns to Free.

Changed your mind before it lapses? Resume Subscription appears on the same screen.

What happens to your content

Nothing is deleted. When the paid period ends the account returns to Free, and anything beyond the Free limits simply stops being shown publicly — extra listings, extra photos, events, deals, menus and bookings.

Getting it all back

Upgrade again and everything reappears exactly as it was. You do not re-enter anything.

Cancel before the Expiry Date shown on the same screen to avoid the next renewal. Resume Subscription undoes a cancellation while the period is still running.
