- Open Listings → Deals.
- Press Add Deal.
- Choose the listing under Listing.
- Enter the Title — what the customer gets.
- Write the Description with the conditions.
- Choose a Discount Type, such as Percentage (%).
- Add a Discount Code if you want one, or leave it empty.
- Save.
Deals need a paid plan: Pro allows 10, Pro Plus 30. The Free plan has none.
Fields in full
- Listing — which listing it belongs to.
- Title — what the customer gets, in a few words.
- Description — every condition.
- Discount Type — percentage or a fixed amount.
- Discount Code — optional.
- Which event does the code work for? — one event, or all ticketed events of the listing.
After saving
The deal appears on your listing, on the deals pages and in search.
End the deal when it finishes. An expired offer still on the page causes an argument at the till.
