Payments are processed by Stripe and, where available, Zarinpal. The payments list also shows Free and Manual for entries that were not card payments.
Card details are handled by the payment provider. Baipar does not store your card number.
What the statuses mean in your history
- Stripe — card payment.
- Zarinpal — where available.
- Free — no charge was made.
- Manual — recorded outside the normal card flow.
If a card is refused
International or online payments blocked by your bank are the most common cause, and a call to the bank usually clears it. Check the card has not expired first, under Payment Methods.
Baipar does not store your card number. The payment provider holds it.
