At Step 3, Location & Contact, the Business Address field says “Start typing your address…”. You must choose from the suggestion list.
- Begin typing the street address.
- Wait for the suggestions.
- Click the correct one.
- Check the Map Preview below shows the right spot.
Why it must come from the list
Choosing a suggestion fills in the hidden latitude and longitude. Without those the listing cannot appear on the map or in distance searches, and the form refuses to continue with “Please select a valid address from the suggestions.”
This applies even if you chose Online / Virtual. The address places you in local results; it is simply not shown publicly.
