Why can I not see the Events section?

Events need Pro or Pro Plus. The Free plan does not include them.

Events are a paid feature. On the Free plan the section shows an upgrade prompt rather than the event form.

Upgrade at Billing → Subscription.

Worth knowing before you upgrade

Event ticketing is included on both paid plans, and a repeating event counts as one against the limit — so a weekly class all year is a single event, not fifty-two.

Where do I see who bought tickets?

The event orders screen in the dashboard lists every order for your events.
