How long does a claim take to be reviewed?

Claims are reviewed by hand, because approving one hands over control of a business page.

• Contact details that match those already on the listing.
• An email address at the business domain, where one exists.
• A phone number that matches the listing.
• Your role stated plainly on the form.

Track it under Claims in the dashboard.

• Whether the person claiming is connected to the business.
• Whether the contact details match those already on the listing.
• Whether anybody else has already claimed it.

1. Use an email address at the business domain if you have one.
2. Give the phone number that is already on the listing.
3. State your role plainly — owner, manager, authorised to act.
4. If the business changed hands, say so and give the date.
