If you submit twice you will see “A claim request is already pending.”

Submitting repeatedly does not speed anything up. Check Claims in the dashboard for the status, and if it has been a long time, open a support ticket referencing the listing.

What to do instead of resubmitting

  1. Open Claims in the dashboard and check the status.
  2. Wait for the decision.
  3. If it has been a long time, open a support ticket naming the listing.

Submitting repeatedly adds nothing to the queue and does not raise your priority.

If you have new evidence, put it in a support ticket rather than in a second claim.
