My logo looks stretched or cropped
Use a square image. Wide logos are squeezed into a square frame.
My photo upload fails or hangs
Usually the file is too large or in an unsupported format. Resize to about 1920px wide and re-save as JPG.
What image formats can I upload?
JPG, PNG and WebP, for the cover photo, the logo and the gallery.
What photos work best for a listing?
Real, daylight photos of the place, the people and the product. Avoid stock images and text overlays.
Who owns the photos I upload?
You do. Only upload images you took or have permission to use.
