My listing was rejected — what do I do?

Read the reason given, fix what it names, and resubmit.

A rejection comes with a reason. Fix that specific thing rather than resubmitting unchanged.

The usual causes

  • The business could not be verified as real from what was provided.
  • The listing duplicates one that already exists — claim that one instead.
  • The photos do not belong to the business.
  • The content is advertising rather than a description.

Once corrected, save the listing to send it back for review. If you disagree with the decision, open a support ticket and say why.
