First check your listing type at step 1, because the category list is filtered by it. A mosque listed as a Business is shown business categories.
If the category genuinely does not exist, choose the closest and put the specifics in your tags and description — the search reads both. Then open a support ticket telling us which category is missing; the list grows from requests like that.
