Where do I see my appointments?

Dashboard → Bookings, filtered by All, Waiting, Confirmed or Cancelled.

The Appointments screen lists every booking with tabs showing counts: All, Waiting, Confirmed and Cancelled.

Past appointments are marked “past” so they do not get mixed with what is still to come.

Check Waiting daily. A booking sitting unapproved is a customer with no answer.

The tabs

  • All — everything.
  • Waiting — needs your decision. Check this first, every day.
  • Confirmed — approved and expected.
  • Cancelled.

Past appointments

Marked “past” so they do not mix with what is still to come. Mark them Completed or No show to keep the record honest.

Yes. Set the booking method to "On another platform" and give your booking page address.
