Why is my view count zero?

Usually the listing is not published yet, or it is very new.

  1. Check the status in My Listings. Pending and Draft listings get no views because nobody can see them.
  2. Check the date range — a listing published yesterday has almost nothing in “Last 30 days”.
  3. Check you have the right listing selected.
